Concrete Projects is pleased to have supported the installation of Kapwani Kiwanga’s Porous Portals, 2021.
Kapwani Kiwanga’s work is part of the larger exhibition: Sarah Maldoror: Cinéma Tricontinental. Curated by Cédric Fauq and François Piron as part of the Six Continents or more Season at Palais de Tokyo.
The exhibition of Maldoror’s work sheds light on her relationships with intellectual, artistic and political figures and aims to create new conversations with contemporary artists including Kapwani Kiwanga.
Concrete Projects is committed to enabling more challenging and complex concepts, to producing works that would otherwise be impossible and to allow artists and institutions to expand their vision.
